ICBBS 2025 is supported by Xiamen University, Polytechnic University of Bari, Guangxi University, Tiangong University, Guangxi Normal University and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. The conference includes 5 Keynote Speeches, 8 Invited Speeches, 6 Oral Sessions, and 2 Poster Sessions. On October 18, Dr. Fei Qi(1) from Xiamen University hosted the conference, and then Prof. Qiyuan Li(2) from Xiamen University delivered the Welcome Address, extended the warm welcome to all the participants from all over the world. Prof. Rongshan Yu(3) from Xiamen University, Prof. Yasukazu Nakamura(4) from National Institute of Genetics, Prof. Yoshiaki Yasuno(5) from University of Tsukuba, Prof. Xiaopei Shen(6) from Fujian Medical University and Prof. Kenji Suzuki, Institute of Science Tokyo(6, online) shared their research work through keynote speeches.


Prof. Yumei Li(1) from Soochow University, Assoc. Prof. Balachandran Manavalan(2) from Sungkyunkwan University, Assoc. Prof. Yaling Zhu(3) from Anhui Medical University, Asst. Prof. Fei Qi(4) from Xiamen University, Asst. Prof. Yinran Chen(5) from Xiamen University, Dr. Jin Wang(6) from Capital Medical University, Dr. Jingjing Liu(7) from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Assoc. Prof. Shinji Kawakura, The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics(8, online) delivered their wonderful invited speeches.





1 Youth Forum and 5 oral sessions were successfully held under the joint efforts of session chairs and all presenters. They are broadly grouped into topics on "AI For Biomedical Science", "Medical Imaging and Biomedical Image Processing", "Molecular Mechanisms of Diseases and Precision Medicine", "Neuroscience and Biomedical Signal Analysis", "Bioinformatics and Multi-Omics-Driven Elucidation of Disease Mechanisms", "Multimodal Data Analysis and Smart Healthcare Applications". Additionally, 2 poster sessions whose topics individually are "Computational Biology and Digital Pathology", and "Innovative Cardiovascular Diagnosis, Therapy and Epidemiological Assessment" were also successfully conducted. Experts and scholars from different countries and regions shared and reported their research results. Finally, nine Best Oral Presentations were selected by Session Chairs.
